About Our Meetings
The Hudson Valley EAPA Chapter meets from 9:00 – 11:30 am on the third Tuesday of each month from September through July. Chapter members attend meetings for free, non-members pay $20.00. Students can attend free of charge. Our meetings offer a continental breakfast of coffee, bagels, and fruit.
We hope you decide to join our Chapter, so that you can grow professionally and meet other like minded professionals whose aim is to provide a forum to build healthy workplace environments through our expertise. Our meeting schedule is as follows:
9:00 – 9:20 am NETWORKING
Time to market your skills and/or program services to other Members! Bring your brochures and business cards and build your network of professional relationships and collaborative contacts.
9:20 - 9:30 am BREAKFAST SPONSOR HIGHLIGHT
The breakfast sponsor for the monthly meeting is given the opportunity to share in greater detail their program services and specialities. What makes you or your program different from the others and how does it fit into the EAP referral process? Our members and attendees would like to know!
9:30 – 10:00 am BUSINESS MEETING
Lead by the Chapter President, members are updated about activities at EAPA International. Chapter Officers provide overviews of activities at the chapter/local level. Chapter members brainstorm and vote on current chapter issues.
10:00 – 11:30 am PRESENTATION - GUEST SPEAKER
Earn 1.5 PDH’s toward your CEAP renewal or CASAC hours and keep your skills current! Members decide which topics are interesting, timely, and related to EAP Core Technology.
